Discover the statements of the pilots at the end of the qualifying session of the German Grand Prix of MotoGP.
Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) – 1st: ” It was good ! I made a small mistake on my first attempt, I was a bit wide in the first corner. But finally it was. I gave it my all, it wasn’t easy. It was very hot, but tomorrow it will probably be even hotter. But I think we have good possibilities. ”
It’s Pecco Bagnaia who ticks the pole position box! 🔴

Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) – 2nd: “It was really a tough qualifying. On my first attempt, I had no grip and I couldn’t tell the difference. But on the second attempt, I managed to push to the maximum. I had made a mistake in the last corner, but I was able to improve. It’s just a shame not to have managed to go below the 1:19.0 s mark. But the main thing is this second place and it’s perfect for tomorrow. […] The race pace is good, but the problem is that you don’t know which tire to use, the medium or the hard. We have to look at the data and at the last check tomorrow. I think it will be very interesting tomorrow. »

Johann Zarco (Pramac) – 3rd: ” I am happy. I attacked quite quietly. I saw that I couldn’t have the right wheel in front, so I took initiatives. I shot (Jack) Miller and (Jorge) Martin on the first attempt. And that allowed me to put myself in conditions to add an extra during the second attempt. But I’m especially happy to have been able to push hard right out of the pits, so nobody followed me. Finally achieved a 1:20.0, not bad at all. It would have been nice to take pole position, but a front row in these conditions, in this heat and behind two guys (Fabio Quartararo and Francesco Bagnaia) in very good shape, that completely satisfies me. »
A satisfied Johann Zarco after this qualifying! 😎#GermanGP | #MotoGP
