This experience begins digitally on the Toyota.ae website, where customers can browse through the available cars, choose the model that suits them, and even book or order it online from the comfort of their home or office. This digital journey is completed in the showroom, where a hybrid digital and sensory experience awaits them to learn more about the car Toyota which they have chosen.

When the owner of a Toyota car arrives at the center for maintenance, he is received by a maintenance expert in the air-conditioned reception hall, before moving to the private maintenance office to discuss their needs. Then he can watch the maintenance work on his car from a private hall, which includes a five-star waiting room where free internet access and refreshments are available, as well as a special corner for the little ones to keep them entertained during the waiting period.
